Payment and delivery

1) You can pay to our Akbank account (TL) by Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)


2) You can benefit from online single payment or online installment opportunities via our website with your credit card. In your online payments, amount withdrawal shall be carried out at the end of your order from your credit card. In case of order cancellation due to possible order cancellation or stock problems, credit card refunds will be made within 3 business days.


3) Refund of Price of Order 

If your orders are cancelled due to possible reasons; DERİ STORE DERİ KONF. VE DERİ YAN ÜRN. SATIŞ VE TİCARET MUSTAFA EKEN returns the product price to your account and / or credit card within three working days. However, you must provide your bank account information and / or credit card information accurately and completely to our company's financial authorities. 


4) Delivery 

We make an effort to deliver the products you have ordered to cargo on the same day. The delivery time for the products that take time is 3 working days as specified in the product details. You will be informed in case of delays delivery. 

Please notify the address of the current location during the day as the delivery address in order to ensure the delivery of the product without fail. 

Your requests will be processed at the end of the order as to be prepared according to the type of delivery you determine. Products from Izmir based company will be sent by UPS shipping company. After your orders are approved, they are delivered to the Cargo company at the end of 2 (two) working days. 

You can consult with our customer representative to discuss the different delivery conditions. In addition, cargo delivery are valid only for Turkey


5) Payment Tracking 

If the system is not able to perform the transaction due to any problems, our visitor is informed about this situation at the end of the payment page. 

In case of any error in the address stated, necessary communication is made with the person who has given the order regarding the order that could not be delivered.

The validity of the e-mail address specified by our visitor is confirmed by automatic e-mail after the order has been transferred. 

We also have a responsibility to the bank where we use the credit card system as much as the customer in carrying out the delivery.

Please open and check the package in front of the company representative where you think that the package is damaged during shipment. If you think that there is any damage to the product, do not receive the product by demanding being made a minute from cargo company. 

It is accepted that the cargo company fulfills its duty completely after the delivery of the product.
